CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment and credit card information will be taken at time of online booking.
Full refunds will be given for any cancellation made at least 24 hours before scheduled game time slot.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will have their money refunded, minus a $15 cancellation fee.
No-shows* will incur a $60 fee.
*A no-show is not cancelling your game prior to the start time,
arriving 15 mins or later than your start time, and/or not showing up.
If you are running late, please contact us and we will try to work with you
to get into a timeslot or reschedule.
