 Payment will be taken at time of booking.  Full refunds will be given for any cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled game time slot.  Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, or no-shows* will have their money refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee. 

*A no-show is considered to be 15 minutes past your scheduled game time slot.
